Anyone here been able to find records of the voice communication between air traffic controllers and the 911 planes?

So I've been looking for the last half hour on google and even altavista, for the text of the cockpit to control towers for the four planes involved in the 911 assault on Wash and NY. The best I've found merely says that, as of 9/14/01, the cockpit voice recorders from the plane that crashed in Pennsylvania and the one that hit the pentagon appear to be "damaged and unusable" for gathering information.

Have any of you folks been more successful in tracking down this info?

Doesn't it seem almost certain that there would have been some sort of notification by at least one of these pilots that his plane was being hijacked?

And even if the pilot was never able to broadcast this info, wouldn't there have been recordings of the attempts by the air traffic controllers to contact the pilots to see what the hell was going on, after it was noticed that they were flying in the wrong direction?

One site DID mention that the Air Force was about to shoot down the plane that crashed in Penn, but the plane crashed beforet they had to do so.

Heard a very small one time mention on the radio from "some gov't official" that "it was a hard decision to make" implying that Flt 93 had been shot down. A friend who was driving in Colorado heard the same report. Honestly, if the Air Force did shoot that plane down, you couldn't blame anyone for it, but I still think we deserve the truth of the matter.

I haven't really been scouring to find out about the voice recorders, but have been wondering about them as well. I recall hearing something about a person coming on the planes intercom and saying "We have some planes. Stay calm..."etc. but nothing of import.

I have also been trying to find some sort of evidence that Flt 93 may have been shot down. I remember hearing of one report that there nay have been a possible witness to such an incident. A person on the ground in PA reportedly saw a fighter jet in the air trailing the flight. Shortly thereafter, Flt 93 crashed. It would make a lot of sense for the government to over up a shoot down. Why? To give the nation some more heros from that dreadful day, for one thing. To give the public the idea that we were able to twart, or strike back, at the terrorists that hit us that day. A small victory, among several defeats, in other words. There are several obvious reasons, but this one makes the most sense. I praise the actions of the passengers of Flt 93, if they truly were able to help rise and bring that aircraft down. What a horrible, tragic thing to be a victim of. However, if our U.S. government DID shoot that plane down, WE DESERVE THE TRUTH ! In the past, the U.S. government has not been completely truthful to the public. I still suspect the gov was somehow involved in the Oklahoma bombing, that they covered up the TWA 800 incident , and finally topped by bumbling FBI, and the joke that was the Clinton presidency, to include the deaths of Ron Brown and Vince Foster.

The plane was shot down. I have information from a close friend that saw the fighter jets following the plane before it went down. They heard two explosions shortly there after. Also, if you may recall there were plane parts "very lagre pieces" found miles from the crash. Look it up... Find out for yourself. Believe what ever you want... the truth is the truth...

If anyone have or can find a picture or short video of a view of the crash site looking down at the crash site of Flt 93 please seen it to me to (tjbarn611@aol.com).

Nobody notice this in the news media, if you look at the out line of the burn area on the ground, the whole left wing section is missing.

Yes I do believe whole heartly that this plane was shot down.
