I am planning to buy a new M6TTL with a pair of lenses a 24mm and 90mm 2.85 at an upcoming Leica Day. My question is... What do I need to know about purchasing @ Leica day and what should I be looking out for? My choices are well thought out, to my mind. It is the transaction and dealer (Bergen County Camera)I am not totally sure of. Your experiances and suggestions are very welcome. Thanx

Since they are having a Leica Day, I assume Bergen County Camera is an authorized Leica USA dealer. In that case, you should get 10% off the regular price PLUS a $200 (?) rebate per item PLUS the 3-year Passport Warranty. If you live in a different state and buy these items over the phone, you should be able to avoid all state sales taxes also. I have purchased new items from Tamarkin in NY and saved a bundle on one of these Leica Day events.

Sorry to be a bit off topic here as I have no experience with your dealer, and your choice of a 24 plus a 2.8/90 is certainly alright, but my own suggestion is that you should maybe still think out whether it wouldn't be better to get at least a 35 or a 50 first.
