Can anyone recommend a first-rate colour and b/w developer in London, please. Thank you.

Metro is pretty good. Not sure if I'd call them first- rate, though.

I always use Metro. I have had one problem with a film processed by them but this was rectified above and beyond the call of duty! Highly recommended.

joes basement 24 hour service good for e6 and c41, not sure about b&w, I use Downtown Darkroom or Danny Chau. Kieshi Colour also have good clean C41 and E6 lines but tend not to be open when you need processing done, also they have a good B and w print department. The choice in London tends to be between Metro and Joes Basement for E6 I prefer the later i get the impression that they tend to give me better results cleaner white and better colours, but maybe thats just me.SF

I've used Joe's for C41, E6 and B/W. Good, consistent results. Not used Metro, but never heard anything but praise. Either way you will be safe hands.Matt

I use SKY for b+w C41 developing and same size contact printing. They seem good and consistent.
