Good shot - what is the blue patch on the right-hand side?

I took the scene from across my hotel room, the street lighting happened to be on the right side as I look across the street. I did not expect the interference would turn out to give a added flare to the picture. Wonder whether this add or distract from the whole composition?

I seem to be alone, but your shot does little for me, I am afraid. The blue color on the right is about the most interesting feature. The subject seems uninteresting. Certainly it would have been even more uninteresting if it had not been taken at night. Sorry to be negative, but you did ask!
