I do hope you enjoy your house, particularly knowing that your happy purchase was someone else's miserable loss. They will probably still be trying to pay that mortgage years after you redecorate and install your family. You won't get rid of the blacklisting very easily, despite what you try and put by way of disclaimer on your credit file. And serves you right too. Happy New Year from one of the VICTIMS of repossession who posts here.

Well as far as i can see it is your own fault you got into the situation that your house was reposedded

Waynetta I will pass your carefully thought out, insightful observation onto my children. I am sure they will understand that their father running up thousands of pounds in debt behind our backs and the mortgage company refusing to transfer to the mortgage to my sole name, despite having a good job and steady income, was, of course, all my fault. When you next post on this site, I would suggest you remove your head from your posterior first.

What a complete moron you are Wayne. Perhaps you should check facts before judging first.I can see from your excellent response and your superb spelling of repossessed that you have a first class brain and excellent insight into human nature. Well done.
I wasn't repossessed but my partner was, this is a fabulous site offering advice and support and we do NOT need people such as your goodself or 'Kev' asking pathetic and irrelevant question and taking up valuable webspace.

It never ceases to amaze me that the wankers who profit from the misfortune of others then expect them (and society at large) to offer a 'how to do it' service. Presumably Kev you knew enough to purchase the property in the first place so don't make me laugh! Just do us all a favour and piss off!
