I just took a photo with my SX70 and the camera didn't eject the print.

It's an old film so I guess the battery's died. The autofocus is working fine though.

Is there a way I can unload the shot?

You may wish to try going into a darkroom (total black) and then remove the film pack and re-insert it into the camera. The result of the above is that the camera will think the exposed film is a cover sheet and eject same. If nothing happens, then the pack is 'toast' and should be discarded.
