Welsh Corgis need home(s)greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread |
The courier lady from Joplin,Mo. asked me if I could find homes for 2 male(intact) 3 year old purebred Welsh Corgis. I am not sure if they are Pembrooke or Cardigans. They are brothers but can be separated. They have been kept in a pen in her barn. She has their sisters and did not want them to breed. She has acquired an unrelated male to breed her girls to and now needs homes for these two. They are friendly but not socialized or housebroken. They have their puppy papers but not the permanent papers. I have 3 dogs now and just can't take another. I had to get a new email address as my kansasgoats@iwon.com is down again and have no idea when it will be fixed. I sure wish I could take one. but have more than one middleaged woman can handle right now. Thanks. karen in kansas

I only live about an hour or so from Joplin (in Kansas). I'll ask around and see if I can find anybody interested. Is she giving them or changing? If so , how much? Tana Mc

I know someone who might want them!!! I am sending him your email address this evening, okay? Do you know anything about their temperment? Have they been around kids? These folks have goats, chickens, a miniature horse....oh, yeah, and a Corgi! corgi's are their favorite dogs.

the Corgis are free, they are Pembrooke Corgis, they have been kept in a pen for years. they are not mean but have not had a chance to play with kids, except when the grandkids came over. they have been ina pen so no chance to interact with livestock. Any more questions?
