I have had a paper weight for the past 2 years in my office.The other day the new secretery came in and said "oooh,that's a nice camera Mr Newton"

OH how I laughed,"Sandra you silly girl,thats not a camera,its one of those Leica M6 paper weights,cost me $2500 with the window on the front"

The M6 TTL Hazelnut Toaster Oven.

On a sunny day remove the lens on your M6 TTL, place a nominal sized hazelnut on the metering dot then replace the lens. Point the apparatus at the sun. Cooking times will vary on the maximum F stop of your chosen lens.

Maybe this suggests that when management has a jewel of an opportunity in front of them, they too often ignore it or don't get its real value to them.

Rememer RCA in the early '50s when their scientists presented liquid crystal TV displays? Management said "TVs don't look like that" and promptly sold the technology to a small Japanese company.

Camera does not make good paper weight, too big. I have two dozen Murano paper weights, beautifully made.
