I was reading below about trading fruits and it occurred to me that we might want to trade jams. I have a blueberry u-pick which I end up making all our jams and syrups. It might be nice to trade pints of jams for pints of something else like raspberry jam or peach. Just a thought, not sure now legal that is. I do have a certified kitchen with the business but I don't think it is necessary if we follow the canning instructions. What do you guys think.

I have rasberry, Italian prune plum jam; raspberry, loganberry, and marionberry jelly, and I think there is some cob jelly left.

I have been getting responses here and some just sent to my email. It all sounds good to me, there are several jams I have never heard of but would be interesting. Does anyone have any ideas on how to trade. I guess it would be on the honor system with each picking up their own shipping. This could be fun if those of you have just say raspberry bushes and like me with just blueberry bushes. One of you mentioned plum, that is a jam I have never had but would love to try. Dandylion tastes like lemon honey, violet has it's own very mild flavor, sassafrass like root beer and the rose petals, well, very delicious. Oh, I also make jalapeno jelly.
