It might get interesting when Lay testifies next week. He has NOT requested immunity, which has all the defense lawyer types baffled.

It obviously hasn't occurred to them that Lay doesn't think he's done anything illegal. Besides, Lay plans to bring a notebook full of names and the rumor is that he's going to be naming a LOT of Clinton Admin people.
