I have made an offer of £500 for a debt of £12,024.01 (after requesting realisation account - they apportioned 50/50 with an ex-partner and said would accept £3100). Offer was rejected. Unfortunately only found this site today so have not followed procedures suggested. I live in Switzerland and am not working.I can't pay more - how should I proceed?
