Rabbit exhibited false pregnancy; rebred eagerly. Eighteen or l9 days later she built nest of hay, no hair. Took her to buck a day later, she quite emphatically rejected him (in contrast to her eager acceptance the time previously). She looks as if she is carrying kits but I am not positive of course. Her last litter, two months ago, consisted of 8 healthy kits.

Now; Is it possible that a pregnant doe can exhibit a mid-term false pregnancy?
