Iron Chef battles you'd like to seegreenspun.com : LUSENET : MATH Plus One : One Thread |
This can be either a theme ingredient you'd like to see the Iron Chefs cook with, or a particular person/people you would set the Tivo to watch try their hand in Kitchen Stadium.Inspired by tonight's sake chef challenging Morimoto, I want future contestants to have to involve Milwaukee's Best, or some similarly fine alcoholic beverage that costs less than $3 for a six-pack.
And it's been said before on the other Iron Chef thread, but I would tape Martha Stewart on Iron Chef just to watch her cry.

Moto-San kicking Emeril's NoLa ass, Nobu-style. My God he needs a good spanking...

Emeril may have a restaurant in NoLa, but he is from freaking Massachusetts, so don't blame LA for him too (we still feel guilty about Britney Spears).I'd like to see Iron Chef vs Naked Chef with the theme ingredient of hot dogs.

I apologize for my transgression, JulieK. I was merely talking about his restaurant "NoLa," not his home town. Of course, me having grown up in both LA and MA, I suppose I'm doubly to blame.

Julie, I'd like to see Emeril and Leah Chase go head-to-head. He'd be all, "Bam!" and she'd be all making real Creole food and giving him funny looks, and I would laugh and laugh.

Martin Yan vs. Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi.Jacque Pepin vs. Iron Chef French Sakai.
My 6 year-old son recently asked me when I was going to be on Iron Chef. I guess what I do in the kitchen looks the same to him, especially when I get the wok out. Except I don't have two assistants. *Sigh*.
Theme ingredient I'd like to see: ground beef.

I'd like to see a battle with peanut butter as the theme ingredient. I'd definitely take on all comers in that battle.

Would you make peanut butter and bacon sandwiches?

It wouldn't be kosher.
