Does anyone know of a site where people might post to a board or list about transporting pets? I know about Ron Keener but I have lost his email address. I need to send two cats to my folks in Florida from here in OK, and the airlines are about to the point where they won't ship pets in cargo due to seasonal heat. Thanks, Julie in OK

Hi Julie,

here is one website I know of, however, you may want to investigate with a search cat or small animal transportations. http://pluto.beseen.com/boardroom/b/18526/

The reason I am suggesting this is that there may be some hesistancy on transporting cats with goats due to toxoplasmosis (sp)?. Even if there is not direct contact, some folks may not be comftorable with it because of the possibility.

rkeener@realtime.net here is Ron's address. If you haul small stock, cats, dogs etc. they are kenneled seperatly in his van with him. He is always carefull to take into consideration the folks (even the high stung dairy goat folks :) when he hauls any stock. Vicki
