Hi hope some one can help me with this, Eversheds (yes them again) recently sent me a letter asking me to fill in a n income/expenditure form, (which I'm refusing to do) but they've stated that I must do it in line with The Woolf Report? Anybody know if this is right or what the report is? Many Thanks Steve

Steve they are talking rubbish. The Woolf Report is a set of procedures set out to try and solve matters before they are going to Court. Ask them to point out where in the Report it says you have to fill their form in - I bet they can't.
