We are a homeschooling family of almost 8, and are searching for a few pygmy goats to add to our mini-farm. So far it has been difficult to find just "pets", rather than expensive, registered goats. Can anyone help? We live near Branson, MO. Thank you!

Illinois seems to be full of them! We pay about $25.00 to $40.00 per goat. Sometimes you can get them for free, ask around or put up signs in local feed stores. Pygmy goats are very cheap in the central Illinois area. Good Luck Lori!

check out http://www.ozarksnow.com occasionally, classified section under agriculture. that's where i found mine last july! btw, i paid $25 for the male, and $30/35 for each female; they are all white with black stripe down back and other black markings...
