LBF, I would hesitate to put my email on display for the spamers, maybe you will consider adding a place for posters who are looking for land to ask; "Does anyone know about the area around _________, ___? This allows readers to email answers without exposing themselves to spammers.

Also, if a person is looking for products, how could they find them if products are not listed? Maybe just add the name of the product available, ie. "Joe@at-the-puter, _________, __, ornamental plants, goats, tractor service". No embellishments, no prices, no claims; this would keep an asker from emailing everybody in a state who was seeking a specific item or product. These are just suggestions, do as you wish.
