As an aside, on the Today show news report the morning she dies, they managed to pronounce Andre Rison's name wrong twice, in two different ways. (Rison = A former football star and her boyfriend, whose house she torched a few years ago). I wasn't aware that his name was all that difficult to say before.

You know when that happened she was like "I wasn't TRYING to burn down the house! I just threw all his stuff in the bathtub and set it on fire! I didn't know it would melt and catch the whole house on fire and burn it to the ground! Oops!"

And then they got back together. Theirs was a true love. Believe me, if I threw all the MOC's books and cds in the tub and burned it, he would very quickly chase me down a waterfall.

When I asked my husband if he'd heard about Left Eye, he snorted and said, "What?" like he was prepared to hear a funny arrest story. Instead, she's gone. I'll miss that about her, the expectation that she'd wear or say or do something outrageous. Much more than her abs.

The funniest part about the house-burning episode was the VH-1 Behind the Music in which she explained how it was an accident. She said she had burned all Andre's stuff in the bathtub before. But the bathtub had been ruined and, unbeknownst to her, he'd replaced the marble tub with a fiberglass one. So the NEXT time she burned his stuff in the tub, the highly flammable fiberglass went up like a dry hay stack and she was facing an inferno.

So, you know, it was KINDA his fault.

This is LeftEye's site not anyone elses. If ur mourning someone elses death, make a site for them dont take it out on Lisa fans because we care enough about her to put up websites and talk about her. How would y'all feel if a close member of ur family died so tragically at such a young age and everyone laughed and made jokes at that?
