This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of February and in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty-three, between William Rogers of the County of Montgomery and State of North Carolina of the one part, and Mathias Barringer of the County of Cabarrus, and State aforesaid of the other part.
