Setting Medieval France: As the king walked in the deepening snow Christmas Eve thinking of his responsibilities the people and how he could further help them more, he came upon a glow in the forest.

Approaching it he was astounded to see a naked child completely surrounded by flames and weeping. Walking forward he expressed his concern and awe to the child asking " Who are you and how may I help you? "

The child looked up and replied " I am The Love Of God - my flame is to warm the hearts of men - my tears are for those who will not accept me. "

Xavier - Awe shuckins' - I would love to know a publisher for real as I completed an 800 page novel titled " Heart Pearls ". My friends tell me it is a keeper.

I love that title, Jean, "Heart Pearls." Is getting a publisher difficult? Do you have to know someone, you know, have the right connections?

St. Francis de Sales is the patron saint of writers...you must pray to him for guidance and direction concerning your novel...I will pray for you that you find a publisher.

You really are gifted, Jean, and thank you so much for sharing your beautiful words with us. God gave you a precious gift and I am sure that He is pleased that you are using that gift to lift other's spirits...your words touch the soul!

I know that this is a catholic site and we should be discussing catholic issues - but our faith extends beyond the mass and God wants us to use the gifts he blessed us with and share them with others.

Surely, I would publish it had I been a publisher. It would be fruitful if you could contact many of those Catholic publications, like St.Pauls or others.

I am sure they will not disappoint you, if they would be making out of it. Prayer for it. My prayers are with you.
