Lars, you're absolutely right. As I have previously stated, in spite of my vote, I think we lucked out having Bush as President when 9-11 occurred. Gore might have responded properly, but in my own past words, I'll take "did do" over "might have done."

This post was written to bug one particular person, LL, and surely succeeded. LL acts as if Bush is the demon Anti-Christ in every respect, yet she participated (assuming she voted) in Nader's deliberate and successful attempt to throw the election to Bush.

If Gore had gotten the office he won, 911 would not have happened. Clinton had a very strick antiterrism network, which Bush shut down so he could send his iol buddies to negotiate with the taliban, he also sent word down to stop the "investigations" Clinton had put in place, his iol buddies then tried to bribe the Taliban, when that didn't work, they threatedned them with war. The war plans were on Condies desk, ready to go (but there was no justification for them), The administration said they did not expect planes to hit buildings, ok, the questionis, what DID they expect? Hijacking which we could use to start a war with the Taliban? Perhaps they only expected another embassy bombing. But they would not have had war plans in place, set to be started in October, if they did not expect something to happen.

Had they not threated the taliban, would 911 have happened? Would Al Gore sent his administration over to threated the Taloban, setting the events into motion? No. He was very aware of the problems with the Taliban and OBL for years. Bush just thought he was "bigger" than OBL.

First of all, there is the reason that terrorists decided to attack America, which goes back to Poppy Bush invading Iraq and leaving forces in Saudi Arabia. But assuming that since that fascist act was already done there was nothing we could do to change the mind of the terrorists, go with the events since Dumbya stole the office. Our intelligence agencies presented Dumbya with conclusive evidence that planes would be hijacked and flown into the WTC well in advance. He was looking for a good reason to exploit such an event, so he instructed the CIA and FBI to disregard it as just another idle threat. Doing this allowed him to accomplish at least 4 of his NWO-motivated objectives; 1. He now had a good reason to invade Afghanistan an destroy any semblance of a sovereign nation so that Corporate Oil could move in and steal the resources. 2. He now had a good reason to hype the idea of an "axis of evil" to scare the people into allowing him to spend exorbitant amounts of our taxes on the defense industry, helping more of his campaign contributors to get rich by reaming the taxpayers. 3. He now had a good reason to begin "Operation Finish Desert Storm" to make his Poppy happy, exploiting the fear factor by accusing Saddam Hussein of planning to attack us, when in reality the Saddam just wants us to stay the fuck out of his part of the world and quit bombing his country. 4. The Pearl Harbor Effect; since Dumbya is incapable of getting high ratings as a president in any other manner, he uses the gung-ho "we're gonna get them before they get us" patriotic line of total bullshit to make himself look like he is our savior. Total load of crap, but for the most part the sheeple are dumb enough to buy it.

If anyone else had been president, they would have been more concerned about the safety of the people and acted on the warnings of the CIA, rather than giving a higher priority to his selfish corporate and NWO goals.
