T.R. Check the phenolic ladders on the Westinghouse ES relays. If the contacts are not sitting properly in the ladders you will experience trouble with your equipment.

TR- If you haven't already, check to make sure your voice coil in your silverstat unit is balanced with the weight adjustment in there. Also, make sure the voice coil is not rubbing due to a speck of dirt or even cable rouge inside the unit. You can carefully clean around it with a piece of paper. Those voice coils are very touchy and can be damaged sooo easily. Please let me know how you make out. Mark

You may aslo want to check the silverstat assembly, make sure you have 154 ohms across. It you dont, then you have shorted contacts. This will affect final leveling, especially if it is a short in the first 3 or 4 constacts nearest the nylon pushpin.

Besides the silver stats and voice coil, you should check the top of car inductor unit, and make sure both of the lamps illuminate and check the L3V plug in relay. There is a resistor to adjust to ensure that you get a solid final pick on the L relay.
