Hello, I am conducting some research into service provision for parents with a learning disability in the Stockton on Tees area. I am hoping to speak with parents who are learning disabled but am finding getting access to them very difficult. I would be grateful for any tips / hints / contacts that you may have. I had hoped that the voices of the paretns would be the most clearly heard in the research and if I cannot find enough parents then this will not be the case. As the research will influnce service provision in the future then it is vital that I am able to find out what has and has not been useful to this group of parents.
