We've had our differences,to say the least. There were times when, because of those differences, we said unkind things to and about each other. I'm happy that those times are behind us now. We've been corresponding privately, and I hope you don't mind, but I wanted to acknowledge you (more or less) publicly, in the hopes of inspiring others through your example. All it took was a quick mention, a promise of prayer before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament for my intentions. It was enough to inspire me to return the favor, to beg God for the graces and favors you and your loved one need. Through you, I had an opportunity to deepen my prayer life; to do someting positive for my fellow man, to help make a difference in the lives of almost total strangers.
More tribulation came, and we were both praying for each other again, with even greater fervor and trust. I spent a Holy Hour praying for you, thinking of you and your dear one, hoping in God that He would strengthen you. You, in return, you chose to keep watch with your afflicted loved one all night, and to pray not just for your own needs, but for mine. That moved me deeply. We've each benefitted from the other's prayers, I'm quite sure of it. God will give us Divine assistance in bearing the crosses He has seen fit to lay on our shoulders. My prayer is that I can help you carry the load willingly, cheerfully, and with love; not like the Cyrenian, but like a brother reaching out to a brother in need, like a soldier of Christ. May I have sufficient grace to forget myself and to do whatever He asks of me on your behalf. May God assist you from the highest heaven. May you find your joy in the merits, promises and sufferings of His most holy Mother. Throw yourself with confidence into her arms. Envelop yourself in the mantle of her heavenly protection. May His angels and saints bring you courage and strength through their example and their intercession.
I hope one day I can make that pilgrimage, and that I will have the opportunity to thank you in person, to pray with you, and, together with you, to praise the everlasting mercies of God.

Thanks,If you were talking about me, thanks for such a compliment. If you wern't, I still want to thank you for such kind words to the stranger. I am sure the stranger appreciates your prayers, because God controls the world, buy prayer controls God.
God bless you
