Civil Court Procedures

I READ IN YOUR DO'S AND DONT'S THAT SOLICITORS DONT UNDERSTAND REPOSSESSION LAW BUT YOU NEED THEM FOR CIVIL COURT PROCEDURES. HERE IN QUEENSLAND WE HAVE DEVELOPED A COMMON LAW NETWORK AND HAVE TAUGHT OURSELVES BY OBTAINING THE "UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES AND FORMS" TO RUN A PROCEEDING FROM INITIAL NOTICES TO CLAIM, DEFENCE AND COUNTERCLAIM ETC. THIS HAS SAVED MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN SOLICITORS FEES AND DEPENDING ON THE PERSONS ABILITY IF THE PROCEEDING GOES TO COURT MAY ONLY COST THEM A BARRISTERS FEE, SOME PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO ADVOCATE THEIR OWN MATTER. I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE WAY THINGS WORK IN THE UK BUT THERE HAS BEEN AN ENORMOUS INCREASE IN SELF LITIGANTS HERE AND IT WILL ONLY INCREASE FURTHER AS MORE PEOPLE BECOME AWARE OF THEIR RIGHTS AND STUDY COMMON LAW AND THE RELEVANT STATUTE LAW. EVEN IF YOU AREN'T CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO RUN YOUR OWN PROCEEDING JUST KNOWING THE PROCESS WILL ENABLE YOU TO BRIEF A SOLICITOR AND NOT BE SUCKED INTO PAYING ENORMOUS FEES.
