Ranma1/2, InuYasha, actually most of the anime that rumiko takahashi made up. i heard that she's like the queen of romantic comedy.

Yeah InuYasha is a very very very very very good romantic anime comedy Ranma 1/2 is the same.I personally think they should make a combination of the two,it would be really good!!!!!!

yea yea, i gotta go with Inuyasha, it's one of the better animes ever that is fialr romantic and is very funny because of Inuyasha's tendancy to be very stuck-up and evil. its on cartoon network's Adult Swim (Saterdays) at 11/10 cst. and sometimes there are 2 episodes a night, but i dont really think it's worth watchin as a romantic story until the last few episdoes, when kagome (i dunno how to spell it) and Inuyasha actually start to REALLY fall in love, when they are on their quest in the demon world, or when kagome actually starts to get feelings for inuyasha about half way through the saga. lol, the last episode is GREAT! if u see it in uncut jap. witht he english sub-titles ;). you can buy it for like $2 over the internet, or just download it on a downloading manager. besides that, there really IS NO OTHER GOOD ROMANTIC COMEDY. THE REST ARE ALL VERY STUPID AND THE LOVE BETWEEN THE 2 CHARACTERS IS LAME AND UNCALLED FOR. INUYASHA IS THE ONLY GOOD ONE! ok, so now just WATCH INUYAHSA, and you'll be happy. Happy to be of service! c y a z

Love hina is a good one and Tenchi muyo.

Love Hina is the best romance/comedy anime you can find. No questions asked. You can read the manga or download the anime from KaZaA, but i think it's liscenced, so it'd be better for anime that you'd buy it.

Its all about Love Hina, Sakura Diaries, and most of all, Chobits.

What Chobit is about? Would someone give me a general plot?

So far these are the Romantic/Comedys that ive come across: Chobits, Love Hina, Ai Yori Aoshi, Onegai Teacher. Now to talk about them =)
Chobits is by far the best of them IMO with a great mixture of seriousness and comedy.
Love Hina becomes serious at some points, but overall its really funny.
Ai Yori Aoshi is a romantic/comedy that I just recently came across and I thought it was really good, granted it is more focused towards being a serious romance, there are still its comedic moments.
As for Onegai Teacher, I just started downloading it (only seen episodes 1 and 2 of the 13) and so far it dosnt look too bad.

Hey, where's KareKano? you've got to check that show out...another one would be Gravitation...I love that anime show...I don't consider it a gay show and even if it was...i think it's romantic and touching...Ai Yori Aoshi is another good one...hmmm...there's more but can't think of them rite now...i've seen to much anime...

i don't really think chobits is a good romantic comedy. i didn't really laugh much in it and chii doesn't appeal much to me i think the best laugh is love hina, wif good love story too ongegai teacher's too hentaish, and i didn't really like it since it looked like a lh copy ranma's really good too, and got a bit more action, but still really good romantic/action/comedy

Love Hina is a fantastic choice, and my personal favorite. Unlike Ranma or Inuyasha, the relationships between the characters actually undergo a noticable gradual progression, and it doesn't take like a 100 freaking episodes to happen in. Unlike Tenchi Muyo, the female characters are believable, with Narusegawa Naru being perhaps the best romantic lead ever in an anime. Unlike Ah My Goddess!, its decently long, so the romance has time to develop at a reasonable pace. Its only real rival is Chobits.
