My family apparantly owned a brewery in San Francisco prior to prohibition called United Brewery. I can't find any information on the business, or any verification that it existed. I'd like to learn whatever might be available. AIs there any memorabilia that may exist from the company?

I have never heard of a "United Brewery" in San Francisco and I have researched this subject exhaustively. Could the name be Union Brewery? If you give me the name of your ancestor and the years he was in San Francisco, I will check my San Francisco directories for information. Tom
