I agree with Geoff. The fewer postings on here in the New Year, the better, and I hope to see some familiar names "disappear" - in the nicest possible way.Let's hope Santa works some magic and you all get a really nice gift for Christmas, i.e. a massive electricity surge that blows up all the lenders computers, causing fires in their record rooms (nothing too big, I am not completely pyschotic, just enough to cause mayhem). When the computers are re-instated, all information on mortgage shortfalls is lost forever, and then they find out they had been mis- sold their insurance and are not covered, oh how I would laugh!! One can dream and who knows, the power of thought may actually work if we all wish hard enough.
Wishing you all a Happier and Prosperous 2003.

All the very best to everyone in the coming year!Without this site I might not even been here (no joking) and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
Special thanks to Harry Pearson, Geoff Winters and all those special folk who never let us down answering our queries etc!
Here's to peace in the world, good health and happier times for us all!
Cheers and God Bless you All!

Thanks for the thanks, much appriciated.I hope that nothing I've said or suggested in 2002 has caused anybody any grief. I do my best, but what do I know?
My mate and I have our own set of Abbey problems, but these should be addressed in 2003. My mate has his High Court case date for April 2003, watch them run, they cannot hide and have nowhere to go.
It's going to be soooooooooo much fun, he who laughs last and all that.
Good luck to everybody for 2003, make it a good one.
