I was just wondering how the hell everybody gets ahold of their own Santa suit? Is there a secret store? A secret code? A really long list? New suits are expensive and used ones are hard to find, so I'm assuming the Santas involved have been waiting years for their name to come up on the list in order to wear the coveted suit. Or maybe they are rentals?

Answers

When a Santa becomes too old and infirm to perform his or her santa duties, they are taken out into the woods by a young Santa hopeful, who must then devour the santa before assuming the mantle of the new Claus.
