I DO NOT know how to rave. i have never BEEN to a rave. but i WANNA GO!! i wanna LEARN!! teach me, learn me, show me how to do this thing i see and think is so cool! i wanna know if there's anyplace i can go to see others do it somewhere in the Kansas City, Kansas area or somewhere closer to Manhattan, KS, because i go to school up there. just let me know. thanks so much :)

Yeah...ummmm...I kinda live in KC and there ain't crap here. I drove 4 hours to STL for Danny Howell'sand that was great...but other than that...you out of luck. Jump on a plane and fly to NY or Cali or Miami. Boston even has a pretty good scene.

Stay out of the midwest. The only close thing you can get to techno here is Empire Room, Caball (sp), XO (sux), and thats about it.

hey you can just look at XO....they have good dj's and it is usually free before 11pm....check it out if you are of age and know the DJ that is spinning that night....the sound system is cool...and so are the few dealers that you may see inside....and they won't be who you think they are....they will be well dressed and with quality product...i think XO is the best scene cause you don't have to deal with 14 year old kids overdosing on GHB....we party responsible....oh yea if you see some double stacked greeen trees....GET EM!!! YOU OWE IT TO YOUR SELF TO MAKE LOVE WITH MUSIC

You just have to look for raves. They are around in the midwest. I have lived in Lawrence KS for a long time now and I find raves every so often in the general manhatten/kc/lawrence area's. There is actually one this weekend in KC. Check out this website to get some info. http://www.ravelinks.com/...And as for clubs in KC. XO's (now Evolution) is not bad at all. That is were I do clubbing on Saturdays if there isnt a rave and it isnt that bad. It is a mix bunch usually of people but they do have special dj's now every Sat. Like in Oct they got Baby Anne coming down to place. Which will be very nice. Should check out the site above and the club to do some raving.
