I would like to spend about $2,000 for increase HP for my 2000 F4. Does anyone have good suggestions for the best bangs for the bucks. The F4 in stock at this time.

You could probably get the RG3 exhaust and chip for around $2,000.

However, I think your best bang for the buck would be changing the gearing. That would run about $160 + labor.

Downside, you'll burn more gas (higher rpm) and your speedo may be a little bit off. I don't think to much though.

Best bang for the buck is light weight wheels. You get better acceleration, stopping, handling and improved comfort. A ten pound reduction in rotational weight feels like 40 pounds, The faster you go, the greater the difference.
