i hired a vivitar slide printer, and the light comes on the block thing where the slide pic is supposed to appear, but the picture doesnt appear and ready light doesnt come on. Consequenlty, when i press print the polaroid came out black. (i am using black and white 664 film) Also, how long should i wait after pressing the print button, or do i wait after its come out? Thanks if u can help :)

Kim, does the machine make a high pitched sound when you turn it on? Does it flash inside when you press the print button? If it doesn't, then it's broken.
