Michael Jackson- The TRUTH Behind The Molestation Casegreenspun.com : LUSENET : Michael Jackson : One Thread |
I would like to say something on behalf of Michael Jackson on this board where people seem to have nothing better to do than bash the worlds greatest entertainer, who has sold over 165 million albums to date.Firstly i would like to introduce myself. I am a retired police officer who worked in depth on the Michael Jackson child molestation case of 1993. I cannot disclose any personal details like my name, email address, location etc... this is because i am not allowed to talk about the case to anyone, and i could get into trouble for this!
I have to honestly say that not one bit of evidnece was found to be against Michael Jackson. I met with Jordy Chandler on many occasions, the kid was lying. I dont blame the child for what happened in 1993, but his parents. I could tell that his parents had put the child up to lying about michael jackson, in order to get a pay off. The childs deposition was one that i was shocked to read, it did not sound like it had come from chandler himself.
I beleived Michael Jackson to be innocent of all charges, and i was correct. In fact, Mr Jackson was cleared of all charges after he had payed off the childs parents.
My suspisions that Jordy Chandler was lying on behalf of his parents were confirmed when i heard that they had accepted a pay off. I remember saying to a fellow officer on the case, 'why on earth would any parent whos child had been sexually abused accept payment to silence them?'. I know that i wouldnt, and if i knew that my child had been sexually molested i would continue the case, and no amount of money would shut me up.
You have to think about the circumstances. A boy becomes friends with Michael Jackson. His dad wants money for his film company... put two and two together.
In my opinion the person who should be charged with child abuse is Jordy Chandlers father, who put his own son up to lying.
Also, you have to think about the mentality of Michael Jackson. He has spent his entire life helping children of the world, giving millions to charity. Would he really risk his entire career just to abuse a boy? Come on. No way.
Another question often asked by people is, if he was innocent, why did he pay the childs family? This was because Michael Jackson's lawyers had informed him that the case could take 7 years to solve. Mr Jackson was a wreck, these allegations had ruined him. He simply felt that he could not have a long drawn out case that would ruin his career anyway. He wanted to end the mess that the Chandlers had created. After all, if you were a billionaire, wouldnt you pay to end something that was complete bullshit now, instead of having a long drawn out case which could take almost a decade?
Am I a fan of Michael Jackson? Yes, well i am now. But at the time, he was just another pop star to me. You really had to see the 'inside' details of the molestation case to know what I mean. The actions and the way the child was acting, and the way that Michael Jackson was acting made me know 100% that this whole scenario was a lie to make money.
Thanks for reading, and i hope you have learned from what i have said. I apologise for not leaving any names or anything, i really am not allowed to do this, but I felt it neccesary as many people have gotten the wrong story, stories that the tabloids have made up, again, in order to make money from Michael Jackson.

as phobic about germs we know michael jackson is! Why would he "put his mouth" on a cancer patient?????????????? he would never harm children at all! he's helped them for far tooooo long! think about it! it's like he's a big uncle to these children if yo fell asleep on your uncle's bed with a bunch of other children no one would think anything of it! but a sick mind can drum up anything. If you think that way! who brought up these allegations? what made them question the boy, or did someone bring it up! in 1993, the chandler boy said "no" and they kept asking and kept asking so many times! why would they keep qestioning him anyway, then while he was at the dentist's office, they asked again after he was injected with numbing juice, and he said maybe he did!My GOD people! this information is already out there for all to read.

Jackson's a creep and we all know it. The circumstantial evidence against him is overwhelming. He's going down faster than a lead balloon captained by Kobe Bryant. So what if that Jordy kid's old man hustled a few mil out of him? That doesn't mitigate against Jackson being a paedophile. Wake up America! When are you guys gonna deal with your increasingly disturbing obsession with celebrities, an obsession that allows the likes of Jackson and other millionaire men-children to believe they can get away with anything, even murder. OJ, Tyson, Kobe, Jackson, Robert Downey Jr, Phi Specter... Jesus, the list goes on and on and on...

Ok. I won't come on here saying "He did it! He's a pervert!" Or "He's innocent! Set him free!" The reality of it all is that NO ONE knows if he did molest those children or not. People can come on here, pretending to be someone with credentials but how do we really know that this person is telling the truth? I'm just saying let's not draw conclusions without evidence. Let's not make presumptions without knowing the facts. Let's wait till the trial is over then we can all post our opinions on how this makes us feel. For now, let's all stop being cynical and thinking we have all the answers.. because we don't.

I've read ALL of the previous posts, rants, and soapbox sermons. I, along with you, are GUILTY of not having a life or a clue. The media and the powers that be, makes 'em, then breaks 'em down and we LOVE it. Whatever happend to compassion, boundaries, and integrity. I don't think ANYONE born after 1970 has heard of these things. Futhermore, I don't think white men read the memo about power not making their manhood bigger, or not allowing them to become more important. They still think the bigger the person they take down, the more powerful they will get. Just ask Ken Starr, or even read about Mc Carthy in the 1950's. Look what happend to them. Michael Jackson may be wierd, but when this comes back to bite all of us in the ass, the first people who will fall the hardest will be the ones riding on Mike's misery. I don't know or care whether he is guilty or not, but I sure as hell don't want to be in the people's shoes that are stepping on him right now..later on. There is NO power or integrity in wearing those shoes. Power is gained in loving your family and being honest among your peers. Okay my 15 minutes are up....NEXT!

Michael Jackson is a total freak - no doubt about it. However, if you are an American and you're jumping to immediate conclusions of MJ's guilt (without due process running it's course) - SHAME ON YOU!!Although, I must admit..... It's hard not to.

This is my take on MJ situation- I don't believe that Mr. Jackson is guilty of this crime. I believe that Mr. Jackson is being tried in the media and is being unfairly accused. there is no physical evidence that says he has done this awful thing, just the words of a greedy family and a persicuting press. If I were Jacko, I would be filing criminal charges against this family and the press for trying to ruin my life and career. There would be no pay-off and there would be a trial and that kid and his family would be made to take the stand, no matter how many years it took. This is supose to be America where a person is innocent until PROVEN guilty.R&MJones Oregon

how stupid are you fans? a 45 year old man that likes to sleep with little boys? what a sick freak, and talk about complicit, the idiotic parents who send their kids to Neverland!!! the supporters of MJ probably think that OJ was innocent too, let's get it straight Michael Jackson is a molester, OJ slashed his wife, the Ramseys killed their daughter, Scott Peterson killed his wife and unborn, but Kobe Bryant is innocent of raping Kate Faber, check this her outcry witness the bellboy happened to be the guy she was having sex with!!!, let's see she was suicidal, on medication, tried out for american idol, began to have consensual sex, DID NOT EVEN UTTER THE WORDS "NO" and only recalled uttering no when prompted by the detective, when she pushed Kobe's hand away HE STOPPED, had no outward visible signs of injury according to the detective, kate faber is a S L U T

Sorry guys , and I've read all previous posts. Why hasn't MJ learned from his previous experiences and stopped alowing young boys into his bed/bedroom ? Surely his love should be directed towards his own children instead of someone elses. What is the thinking behind any parent allowing their children to sleep-over with anyone no matter who they are? Why doesn't MJ have a bed full of young girls (not that it makes the situation more tolerable)? I think the simple truth has to be addressed here..... MJ likes young pubescent boys.Address this issue and stop the fooling around with media chases and court cases etc. Either get the boys out of the bedroom or go to jail. This is what this guy needs to be told in no uncertain terms.Stop the bull++++.

Is Michael Jackson guilty? I do not know. But people already prescibing punishment (like castration in Times Square) are just as out there as he is. Isn't that the kind of thinking they used to call mob mentality? If Jackson did do it, he probably doesn't view it as wrong. I question the term "molester." A molester is a person that abuses kids against their will. Truthfully, the photograph of his accuser shows an adolescent that should be at least somewhat accountable, for his actions. In some countries they begin having sex way earlier than this (and it is allowed) or they even marry. Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin and, while it was a shocker, he didn't face the big house for it. WIth regard to the boy, if it did happen, why did the boy continue to stay for with him afterward? What was that about, if the allegations are true I mean? While I agree with the person who is disturbed by Jackson's lies regarding plastic surgery, consider this: How many MEN in Hollywood have ever admitted to having had surgery? I have never heard of any. Jackson is just doing what the rest do (deny it) except, he can't sell it. Can you imagine, for example, Arnold Swarzenegger admitting he'd had a facelift?
I think, too, there is an ongoing problem of drugs with Michael. Like Elvis, I am sure there there is a trusty doctor somewhere that takes care of those things. It is the only real plausible explanation for his behavior change. And who is going to tell him to stop?
In the end, Michael Jackson is probably finished, as a performer. If he is innocent (or guilty) we should give him love and understanding. Don't crucify him because you think he pulled the wool down over your eyes last time.
Like the person pointed out about Clinton and his trysts, to go one step further: If you were the president of the United States and someone asked you about your sexual business, what would you say? "Yeah, I did it...I admit having sex with Monica." Knowing it would be the INSTANT loss of your presidency, your marriage, your reputation...etc. Or would you lie? Truthfully, most all of us would lie. All of us act in our own best interest, and Michael Jackson is no different. If he said, "Yeah I sucked that kid's pee pee," he would be ruined. He needs help now. Win,lose or draw he has given us many wonderful musical times. He has given us millions in contributions to charities, helped raise consciousness about world hunger and tried to be a representative for positive global exiistance. Is kindness too much to ask from us?

Dear Friends, I have a strong feeling Michael Jackson is a strange or weird person. Yes, he is. Look at all the changes in his face and his brief marriages-- they are/were all camouflage(s)-- a cover up to all his inappropriate behaviors. Did he sleep with these women? I don’t think so. Is he the real father of all these three kids? Why would a father “playfully throw” a child in the balcony. You cannot keep smoke in your hands no matter how tight you hold onto it. Slowly it will leak. This is what is happening now. The case in 1993 was closed by using money. And yet people still remember the incident. MJ can’t stop people from thinking that he did not do it (That he is innocent!) No Way! If he did not molest that boy, why should he pay that big sum of money??? I hope this 2003 victim (and other silent victims) will shout and tell the world. This 2003 victim has to make a choice: get a big sum or fight in court. If he is going to follow the 1993 victim, MJ will continue to molest young children. There will be no end to his inappropriate sexual behaviors until MJ becomes “too old” to play and sexually harass young boys. Be careful, men are usually active even at the age of 90++ or so??? In Asia, we have this saying: You cannot clap with one hand. It takes two hands to clap. Why have these kids been so silent for long? Enjoying MJ’s palace, beautiful ranch, wealth, gifts, fame, etc.? Why do you parents let your children sleep on his bed. A good man who loves children builds schools (museum, library, amusement parks), gives free tuition, donates books BUT won’t ever sleep with the kids. Secretly I am afraid of his young Prince I, II. Something has to be done. Come on what are the parents, psychologists, psychiatrists and lawmakers doing? --Concerned

They say he sleeps with children. Pop stars break the law too. Think about the football star OJ Simpsom, or the furniture star Martha Stewart ! Think about them they get convictions for shit. So all you dumbfucks who think he is innocent because he is in fame, ur wrong. Pop stars can break the law so shut the fuck up, and think before you speak.

I can't belive you people out there believe this guy was a police officer. Do you not recognize incoherent thoughts, sloppy syntax, and loads of excuses for not revealing his name. This is nothing more than a snot-nose teenager playing with you. As far as MIchael Jackson is concerned, you can support him or not support him. We [public] are not held to the same standards as the jury hopefully will be. My personal feeling is that the guy is strange and probably did have inappropriate relations with boys. Look at his history; pictured with boys everywhere he goes! But this is hardly against the law--the facts will determine his fate. You people really need to scrutinize the information more carefully out here on this web. Bullshit is everywhere!

I would like to start off by commending the individuals that bashed the first post by the alleged "officer". What a complete ignorant and uneducated idiot. One would think that if you are going to impersonate an officer (which isn't that illegal?) you would at least research the case, be able to articulate AND know the difference between "cleared" and "dismissed". So many of you post what a "great person he is" and he "gives so much back to the children". Have any of you once considered how guilt could play into his allegedly "good deeds?" Have any of you considered that a 45 year old male sleeping with children in his bed is not acceptable. I would also like to add that the parents of these children that knew/allowed their child to sleep in the same bedroom with MJ should ALSO be brought up on child endangerment charges. If MJ was really "just for the children" why on earth would he have settled a civil suit for alleged 20 million and oh....what a coincidence....the accuser THEN refuses to testify so therefore no case. I would have fought tooth and nail to maintain my innocence and reputation; that child/family would never have received a dime from me AND I would have counter-sued for defamation of character. If he really was innocent, why would MJ continue with the same actions that landed him in trouble in 93? MJ is a complete and utter moron and has serious issues. I can only hope and pray that his serious issues don't include the taking of a child's innocence.
-- Anonymous, November 22, 2003
let me add an aspect which might be pretty important: as far as I know as a psychologist, molesters usually tend to be pretty well adapted to society, well- adapted to generally accepted norms, they do not show any specific "weird" or "strange" behavior. they seem pretty normal indeed. do I speak about Michael Jackson here?child molesters try to hide their actions- and this is why they try to appear quite normal in their behavior, in fact, they often ARE quite normal- they do not show any particular signs of insanity, thats what makes it so difficult to recognize them. if Michael were a molester he would not openly say he likes being in bed with children. that of course does not mean that it is okay to sleep in bed with them. I believe it is a certain loss of reality that makes Michael do these things. He is somewhat estranged from our world and completely naive. This is part of what makes many people like him very much.

You MJ fans who are backing him are scary! I worry about YOUR ability to bring up children!

Like this guy is really a police officer... LOL! So, Mr. Policeman, what do you say now?? Did this new kid get hypnotized, too???
-- Anonymous, November 22, 2003
you know no one can say that Michael Jackson is "Guilty" or "Not Guilty", because none of us were there true or false>? and if we are so sure he did it, we must of seen him do it, and if we are sure he didnt do it, why arent we at the court case>? god only knows, and time will tell, we cant judge, are there times in your life were you have done something wrong and no one believed you, think about it, as a kid I am sure we all did wrong, but no one believed our innocence, take this into consideration your not god so dont judge

Why would Phil Spectre kill that girl? Why would Woody Allen have sex with his adopted daughter? Why would Clinton have sex (oral) with his intern and lie about it? Why does anyone do these strange things? Most people don't know. It doesn't matter how rich you are...it doesn't mean you're innocent...or guilty. I personally think the parent's should be brought up on charges for contributing to the molestation if everthing is true. Afterall they did entice the situation. I hope he's guilty at this point to save face of the public. They've already humiliated him so much...it would be best if he's guilty. Love his music, but think he's weird. Money can make people do strange things, like shut down malls and get idiots to let their little kids sleep with a grown-man, who by -the-way is still a stranger.

There really is no in between on this, it's either yes or no, right? I cannot help the fact that my feelings on this are some what jaded? Alot of questions come into play, like: as a parent myself, I cannot disgard the fact that it would be an awesome thing to be able to know and realize that my child could have a wonderful experience if he or she were able to have the opportunity to have a fun filled overnight slumber party with MJ. Who would'nt, right? There is alot MJ has to offer a child. So as adults and parents of these small and precious minds that are developing everyday, what is the answer? We want our kids to be happy, right!? Or do we want something in return no matter what the end result may be? Kids are our future, and as an adult I see our generation to be quite different than the ones of this new generation that is growing, so do some of the past generations see that also,? and maybe feel it's not such a good thing, so in turn try to instil what he or she feels needs to be kept alive? Possibly. Life is a very short lived thing and we all take so much for granted, we are actually here and gone in a blink of an eye. So, if you are a parent, your kids are our future, so you have heard of all the things that who, what, and where could and might happen to your precious gift that you are blessed with. We all make choices no matter what our age, but as adults with kids I would like to think that our choices we make for our kids are the right ones. Or are they? As humans we make mistakes, we were not made perfect and so goes for MJ. MJ has little ones, from what I have seen on T.V. he cares for them like any other parent does, loves them, nutures them, worries, all that comes with parenting. Right? We must all ask ourselves everyday, "am I as an adult parent doing what is best (in every situation, not just certain days, times, ect.) for my CHILD"? Our kids learn from us and expect us to guide them in the right direction. Let me say this "I have always been a huge admirer of MJ and will still continue to listen and play his music". What do I believe with the whole MJ situation? Answer being: re-read the above. It's all about choices, remember that.

BULLLSHIT, MICHEAL JACKSON IS THE BIGGEST CHILD MOLESTOR, AND U WERE NOT A POLICE OFFICER ON THE CASE CAUSE HE WASNT EVEN PUT ON TRIAL IN THE 93 CASE, HE GAVE A PAY OFF THE THE FAMILY IN ORDER TO SHUT THEM UP AND CLEAR HIS OWN NAME, AND WHATS HAPPENED RECENTLY WILL PUT HIM BEHIND BARS ONCE AND FOR ALL, AND WILL PROVE TO U JACKSON HUMPERS THAT HES A HORRIBLE PERSON IN A FANTASY WORLD OF MAKEBELIEVE WHERE HE PLAYS THE KING AND MANIPULATES CHILDREN TO PERFOMR WHATEVER HE DESIRES
-- Anonymous, November 20, 2003
I do feel that MJ may or may guilty of this crime, but isn't there something we can charge these ignorant parents with? Why is not a crime for parents who allow to have their children put in this situation? Just knowing the alledged charges in the past would make me back very say "NO WAY!" Come on parents, keep MJ out of your child's bed!

Has everyone forgotten that Michael Jackson is nearly bankrupt? It's been in the news! What idiot would try to extort money with such a damaging (to everyone) allegation from a star who most likely couldn't pay? Why not pick Oprah, or Brad Pitt or someone with some serious cash to bleed? Hey, I grew up on Michael Jackson and I was part of the Thriller rage too, but no talent is great enough to be allowed to abuse a child!

Although the first Michael Jackson case was quite a mystery to all of us, apparently even the 'police officer' that contributed the first post here, I do not find it at all suprising that the great 'King of Pop' is yet again up against more charges of the same degree. I have a question! What the hell is this guy doing with children sleeping in the same bed with him? Im sure we have all asked ourselves this very question. Why does he have such tight security around his bedroom area? .aka.- Alarm sounds if anyone comes within 5 feet of his bedroom doorway. If this man really wanted to 'protect' these children, why can't he set them up in their very own bedroom with their very own bed? I know that if I brought a child into my home, there would be absolutely NO desire for me to sleep in the same bed with them. Im sure that you ALL would agree. I could sit here and ask myself a hundred questions about Michael Jackson and the mess he has gotten himself into. It is one thing to protect children, and want to give them the best things in life. But it is quite another to invite an innocent child (as Michael Jackson calls them) into your own bedroom for WHATEVER reason. The way I see it, if Michael Jackson is willing to set himself up in these ackward predicaments, then he is also willing to accept the chance that he is taking a huge risk. This chance has now become reality for the pop star, and those risks have now become alligations. So, No, I am not so surprised at the new charges brought up against Michael Jackson. Whats the old saying? You made your own bed, now let children lie in it! Or something like that!

Michael do not worry I'm behind you all the way and "May God Bless You" cause you would never do such a terrible thing only people who are "Blood Thirsty" like these "Assholes" who are out to extort money from you and for your sake don't let any other "KIDS" every let them come to your beautiful "Everland Ranch" cause they do not deserve this, it is there parents who are extremely involved and go after them cause they are "Blood Thirsty" animals and I sure hope you prove you are right and I'm sure you will, go for it Michael you will have my back up all the way and not only mine as well as every one else in the "WORLD". Guilty or not, just allegations at this time. The facts will become clearer later on if this continues and goes to trial ... hopefully justice is served. M.J. clearly has brought this on himself by having sleep overs and not making sound decisions. Someone, if not the parents, stands to make a lot of money from this; other than the lawyers. Hopefully, if he escapes time, he learns that society frowns on this type of behavior with children and even though he feels he has not done anything wrong and I don't think that he would willing hurt any child... it is not his world.

It's ludicrous! Michael Jackson is a product of the media. We don't call this America anymore we call this media driven scared America. Made up of Racist not trusting not believing not caring anymore- social climbing poverty ridden society. (Know I can't spell because of a drunk driver on New year’s eve last year almost killing me) What I do know is an innocent person judge by media with out the public really knowing Michael Jackson. Look what the media did to Diana and we supposible love her. We read the trash because we want to believe the worse of everyone. We don't go out our doors and say high to the neighbors anymore cause we are scared they don't look like us or talk like us and even if they did we condemn them because we are just plain afraid to interact. Michael Jackson has given millions and he is a very intelligent human being whom has managed a career to become one of the most successful entertainers of all time. Think about it with his abilities to make films, music, world wide organizations and take care of child with Cancer and give so much of him self to the public why and how would he have the time or want even to mess up a life time career, that he has created for himself. He is no dummy and this prosecutor that has been after Michael for 10 years wants media attention look at her past and plus the fact and I mean fact that it is the same attorney who was the attorney for the first family that scam Michael from Money is the same attorney who is representing this boy and is the one that sent the boy to a shrink. I believe it just another scam for money with greedy parents. There would be not one but 100 of boys if this was true of Michael consider he has taken care of children for years are we the American public that stupid to believe the media again. Michael is innocent until proven guilty let us not be judges unless we be clean of sin ourselves.

Innocent until proven guilty. I disagree that he has huge sleepovers, he's just asking for trouble there. If he loves kids so much well then have school excursions where there are supervised visits from kids accompanied by their teachers. What's with the sleepovers? I'm sorry but a star with his fame and fortune should watch himself. Granted he had a rough childhood but many of us have and that's a pity but that's also life. MJ is a musical genius but should face up to reality, move on and grow up and this will at least ensure a less stressful life of him trying to dodge all these allegations.

I totally agree with you officer. Michael Jackson is the best singer and dancer ever to live. He cares about the world more than he cares about himself. He does anything he can to help other, including children. So you are right, if he cares so much about helping children, what would possess him to molest a young boy????? They just want Michael Jackson's money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've got to say a couple of things, first as a language analyst: the letter by the person claiming to be a police officer is completely falsified - the person who wrote it is definately not a police officer, at least not one involved in any serious way in an investigation, and this is obvious - firstly by the 8th grade level of the language used to write the case (although the person tries hard to sound better educated - my guess is he used the spelling and grammar checker in Word before pasting his text), and secondly, by the complete lack of any normal terminology used by a law enforcement investigator in describing a crime or crime theory.Second, as a person: Sure, Jackson, like anyone, should be considered innocent until proven guilty. In this case, however, he's gone to great lengths to let himself be seen as obviously guilty in fact, while at the same time avoiding being charged and ajudged legally guilty. I don't care how much money he has or who great an "artist" he is or how much he gives to charity in an effort to build an image of being Mr. Dandy Man - he's got no right to be able to get away with behaviour that you and I would do hard time for and for which we'd be forever branded. I say, where there's smoke, there's fire. Where there's fire, something's getting burnt. I could be wrong - it guess it IS possible. but I sincerely doubt it. Sorry, but I just do - Mr. Mikey is going up in smoke.
One just should not throw shit into the fan without expecting to get splattered - unless you're able to duck inhumanly fast. I've got to say, the guy's been awfully quick so far. Let's see how fast he is this time. :o)

hello everyone, its really sad to have mnore charges laid out against the king of pop, i really think that he is one of the greatest and the most inspiring people living on the earth at the moment, i beleive michael is unlucky in terms of the situations he has faced, starting from stories about him sleeping in oxygen chambers to the molestation charges, the truth is that only untill proven guilty is someone guilty, so lets wait to see wht the outcome of this trial will be and hope that michael is inoccent because if he is found inoccent for the second time tht will lead all the MJ haters to shut up for good! Thank You

I WAS a HUGE Michael Jackson fan. When the rumors first started to spread, I was on his side.I have read every article out there and followed this from day one. There are numerous accusations of child abuse not just the one kid. I don't believe that such a large number of parents would be willing to teach their children to lie just to get a buck. Nor can I believe that every single child would have been able to stand by his story if it had been a lie - interrogation is not a simple Q&A session. Not to mention if the child was truly a fan of MJ - they'd give in to the truth eventually - at least some of them!
Also, didn't anyone see the video of him abusing his newborn? The video did not lie. He held the baby by his foot (not even 2 months old) over a balcony using only one hand to secure him - threatening to drop the baby. These are not the actions of a person who loves children. Who could do that to their own newborn child?
Do you think he was actively working with children to help them? In some way sure. In some way, it made him feel okay to do what he was doing to those select few because he was helping so many others. MANY child molestors work with children in some capacity so they can be around them and they are usually viewed as such wonderful people who care about kids. Think about the occupations of those busted in the past...walt disney executive, preachers, school janitor, school principle, daycare, etc.
MJ never grew up because the challenges and issues he faced were media-oriented and not the typical growth phases any normal adult goes through. He is obviously very self-loathing and insecure; hence, all the plastic surgery and skin bleaching.
I think it's crazy that he's accusing people of racism recently. When in fact, it is MJ himself that resented his African-American roots. He hates his father. Psychologically, what kind of men rape women? Men who hate their mothers! So, he hates his father...perhaps he was also abused? Hi sisters have also claimed to be abused. Often, the abusee becomes the abuser later in life because they (unconsciously) are trying to heal the hurt by hurting others. He's also had women throw themselves at him most of his life. He was with Carmen Electra even at one point. He's probably lived out every sexual fantasy his mind could ponder. The more you participate and watch sexual fetishes & fantasies, etc. - the darker it must be to satisfy that urge. It requires more and more extreme things to bring about the same level of "satisfaction".
Additionally, I don't think that saying "why would he throw away his career to do this, he wouldn't blah blah blah" is not a good argument. Hindsight is always 20/20. Would any of those criminals doing life in jail have done those crimes if they knew that is where they'd end up? Probably not. He obviously didn't think he'd get caught or it was "important" enough for him to take the risk. He's spoiled for Godsakes. He's used to getting what he wants - ALL THE TIME. He's guilty and he's mentally ill - it's obvious. If you or I was MJ or OJ, we'd have been in jail long ago. Do you think that's fair?
I will always appreciate his musical talents, but I think he needs help and should no longer be around children including his own. I don't think our appreciation for his music or his celebrity status should protect him from abusing innocent children and that he should be treated like any other adult accused of the same wrong-doings.

HORSESHIT!! The man is a fucking pervert thats all. Why the fuck after this first case is he now getting more charges brought up. If I was him and was innocent with in jordy chandler case, no fucking way would I have anymore fucking kids at my place..innocent or not I wouldnt put myself into that position again!

The main problem I always had with M.J. is the fact that he just plain lies about his plastic surgery. I know this is none of our business, but how stupid does he think the public is? The fact that he would swear he only had, such and such done kind of flies in the face of the picture of innocence that he tried to portray. It's like COME ON! That fact alone always gave me doubts about him. And to tell you the truth I don't like him and I hope they hang his freaky lying ass this time.He is talented though.

There is no way the original post here was written by a Police Officer.Nice try.
If Jackson is innocent, it's too bad he was pulled into this and in order to save his career paid the family off.
However, that should have been a wake up call to him to stop being a freak and use some damn common sense.
Now he is in trouble again because the moron refused to take precautions that would not put him in a position of accusation once again.
Whether he is guilty or not - he brought this on himself.

Hi,I heard that there has been a single cop who has been pushing to see MJ in court for molestation cases over the last 10 years. Can anyone confirm this?
In reality.. if you were an MJ fan all of this began, you would have said "they are trying to extort money out of im"
If you werent an MJ fan, you would have said... that wouldnt surprise me considering he (looks like) is a freak. With all the media reports about his face, and the way he lives.
Admitedly he isnt a normal guy... who can say that in their life time they have never gone shopping, to a club, worry about saving for a dream car, meet people without having to know that they might want to know you for your money.
=)

What do you all think now that his house is being searched? How many kids do you think have been molested in the last ten years? In response to the question 'Would he really risk his entire career just to abuse a boy'...molestors don't have that sense of reason and if you were really a retired police officer you would know that.
-- Anonymous, November 18, 2003
i think michael jackson is innocent i dont think michael jacklson didnt do anything
-- Anonymous, November 12, 2003
hello, would just like to say: "FUCK MJ HATERS" who believe MJ molested that fucking kid...i read that bullshit on www.thesmokinggun.com about the case...and let me tell you, those fucking words that came out of his fucking mouth didnt come from that fag. so you know what, if you wanna bash me for telling MJ haters to go fuck themselves, then bash me, i really don't give a fuck so SUCK MY DICK.

What a load of crap! You were NOT a police officer working on this case. I WAS! He was not cleared of all charges when the settlement was made. And believe me, if we were allowed to share with the public all of the the other details involved in this case and several others involving many didfferent boys you would have no doubt about his guilt.
-- Anonymous, October 29, 2003
I totally believe you 100%!!! Michael is the most caring, loving, and sensitive person. He loves children, and he wouldn't do anything to harm them. Those freaking tabloid send shitt about stars like Michael, and they make him look bad. Because everyone knows he loves children, and the writers probably thought it would be funny if they take something he loves, and turns it into a bad thing. It's true, you have to meet Michael Jackson first to get the real story, and I don't even have to meet him to know it's true that he's not molesting kids.. Always a fan! -KiM

OFFICER, IT'S NICE TO HEAR THAT SOMEONE BELIEVES MICHAEL AND NOT JORDY IT'S STUPID, YKNOW:THE EXTENT PEOPLE GO TO FOR MONEY.

Well I never for a second doubted that Michael would do such a horrible thing to a kid, I am so glad to see this letter from who ever who sent it. I love Michael and even though I don’t know him, I get so mad when people talk about him like they really saw him doing these things to a kid. It just feels good to know that he really is innocent; this should be in the news. Sucks that someone like you (who really was on the case of MJ) can’t go out there and tell the truth. It would take so much of the crap that MJ has to deal with for the rest of his life.
