hey! hey! its me again just wondering if anybody saw animatrix and just wondering why did they categorized it as a anime? the only anime there is the renaissance and beyond?(not sure the title but its 'bout a girl who lost her cat and winds up in a housse where it defies gravity somehow)does anyone like it??

I've seen the first 4 episodes of animatrix and I will probably rent the video this summer whenever it comes out. The animation is incredible and if you like the Matrix you should like the animatrix.

They call it anime because 8 of the 9 films are made by top anime artist. beyong is actually made by the producer and supervisor of Akira, Koji Morimoto. and 2 of them are made by Shinichiro Watanabe, who is the man bahind Cowboy Bebop and the movie of the same name
