I use a freeware program called TMPGEnc to convert my AVIs to MPEG1 and then use Roxio Easy CD Creator to turn them into VCDs. If you're interested I've got a tutorial with links all about making VCDs on my site.

Listen to Sim, as long as you get the newest nero off of Kazaa, it comes with an MPG to VCD plugin, it works for AVI as well. I think its 5.1.9.something something....but anyway. Run it all, run the plugins and then set it up to make a vcd, it encodes the files and then burns them! one step, no mess

k thx alot ill try and look for the newest nero i just wanted 2 gather some anime and burn them on cd so i can watch them on a vcd player cuz i wont b on a computer for like a year if ne 1 wanna help me some anime that would help k thx
