A solicitor recently told me that he had spoken to the press officer at the ABI who had told him that the ABI members had agreed to go along with the CML agreement, although he was also told that this would not be put in writing. Surprise, surprise. However, he also said that he hadn't seen any cases where an insurer had been tested on this.
