Trigun --- spoiler

~~~Trigun I've seen most of the episodes of Trigun. At the end of the Trigun i watched(could be only season 1 or 2 :P ) Vash finally beats knives right? Then he takes him somewhere and they live happily ever after.(is this the actual end, or just the end of english dubbed videos?) Does Vash ever learn to heal his wounds like knives

~~~YuYu Hakusho(pardon my spelling) I just want to say, great show an all but wow. There are way too many animes where theres a hero and noone can beat him. He ALWAYS wins in the end. *sigh*

~~~DragonBall Ok. If you take this serious you must get checked out. This was a comedy and fairly funny at many parts. good show.

~~~DragonBall Z Good until end of Frieza Saga. Then got bad. really bad. This anime is for "beginners" only. First show you see of anime... you thinks cool. crappy animation. No matter how fast they move someone can see it and you see it through them. and if no one can see it, don't worry the random blinking lights surrounded by circles of energy(real name for it is Chi or Ki if you must know) that represent 2 people hitting each other in a blur of arms and legs which can ALL be blocked by the ultimate DBZ block, cross your arms over your face, will end next show. next time on dragonball z we will see if the first punch after this stare down will finally start.(need i say more)

For those of you who actually watch good anime, like Hellsing and Vampire Hunter D you know what i'm talking about.

while on the matter. ~~~Vampire Hunter D Where the hell can i get the FIRST movie. I saw it along time ago and now i can't find it. :(

Time for THE best anime movie of all time. ~~~Akira (true pronounciated, GET IT RIGHT YOU IDIOTS, is "ah-ki-da" not "ah-ki-ra". even in the movie they say it correct but these damn americans, i know, i'm a hypocrit, got it all wrong.) Best anime movie of all time. lots of blood, guts, and gore. good plot, should of seen more of akira, not a naked little boy at the end of the movie that doesn't even SAY anything that takes away the little blue guys and the finally repented insane one, Tetsuo(I can't spell it. sue me)

~~~OMG i can't remember the name of it!!!! shoot me. we'll just call it devil-dog (if you've seen more then 1 episode you know what it is.) SIT!!! (hey it works, your actually sitting, loser ;) ) anyways, good show, not my favorite. I'll leave critiqing and questions of this anime to those who are more into it.

~~~Another one i can't name.(about a bunch of people who have elementals of some sort. One of which, the main charecter, has implanted in him. He can call upon, 8 i believe, dragons.please name it for me.) good from what i saw. I only saw about half a season, but i wish i saw it all.

~~~Pokemon, Didgemon. PATHETIC! LOSERS!! Let me elaborate some. Pokemon - origins From the first specialized cardgame - Magic: The Gathering. All other american specialized cardgames(ones that don't use the 52 card deck with hearts, diamonds, spades...) are merely knock-offs of it. such as DBZ, star-trek, starwars... Only ones that may be original are those before 1994. If you question this, Magic had been here for nearly a decade before pokemon, HA LOSERS!!!

OK, i'm done for now. and to think. only a few years ago, the only anime i had heard of was DBZ, and i thought it was good :P

If any of you take personal offense to any or all remarks made about said animes then you are a pathetic LOSER and YOU need a life. I've watched atleast 2 seasons of all animes above in both english dubbed and japanese unless such isn't possible(Vampire Hunter D, movies... etc.)

2 more things. 2 animes i can't remember names of or where to get them. 1- Shadow something. is in english. about this boy and girl who are learning some shadow style that uses mostly legs because it was developed by woman who's arms were chained together so they had to use their legs. 2- There trying to find a spell on a elven chicks body so they go around stripping every female elf they can find(and probably some more after such) trying to find it. I don't know who or when it was made, whether it's in english or not or how long it is. I was told about this atleast 2 years ago so anything could have happened with it.

couple of things - dbz does not get crap, yuyu hakusho - if the good guy doesnt win, then the anime is over cos he dies usually, so u cant really make him lose. vampire hunter d first movie i didnt like at all, and i have it :P

the other one u cant name is flame of recca, and its not implanted in him, he is born with that ability.

also people here like digimon andd pokemon, so some people wont take that remark well. and as for the amount of anime u've watched - it sounds like many of us here have watched a helluva lot more anime than u, because the amount of series we've seen isnt limmited to a list this big :P

oh yeah, and if u take offence to my reply - then FUCK U!!!!!!!

kenji, maybe u should voice ur opinions a little so people know what ur into and what ur not.

Ermmm just like to say that the 2 things about any anime / manga that pisses me off is the freaken crappy subbing. Christ the dubbing done by american companies just suck they dont sound close to what the character is portrayed like and sounds tacky. the other thing i cant stand is when companies who sub anime / manga change the story and stuff to suit there culture. I mean anybody wanting to read or watch the cartoons and comics would i assume appreciate the story which has been concieved by the author artist or wateva

well thats my 2cents worth of bitching ppl well probably disagree with me and stuff but hey if fan-subbers can do a decent job even with typos and incorrect grammer i still feel alot better then hearing some cheesy texas accent on a character thats supposed to be a cute.

Lol. Maybe you got me wrong on some parts. As to the taking offense i find it pretty pathetic that if someone doesn't like the same TV SHOW as you that you have to get all mad. As it was said, people are entitled to there own opinions. MINE just happen to disagree with yours. Another thing. That ISN'T all the anime i've watched by a long shot. I just didn't want to spend an hour or 2 trying to remember all the anime i've watched and say what i think about it. I wrote that post at like 4:00 in the morning so I was a little tired. Thanks to those who actually answered questions like "Flame of Recca, Shadow Skill" Now perhaps I can try to find the episodes for them.

Dubbing. Most anime it IS bad, but not always. dubbing allows you to actually watch the anime, not read appearing text. When it doesn't have it then it really takes away from the show in that you can't really watch the show, and you miss alot of the visuals that are going on. But I do agree, the english dubbing does suck. They get the translations all wrong and many times they screw up the entire story.

IMO, the only dub on par with the Japanese version is Cowboy Bebop. Other than that, The dub is usually worse.
