I've heard the phrase before too much of a good thing is a bad thing, and I didn't believe this until I saw Evangelion. I was addicted instantly, addicted to Asuka, to the people and their life like behaviors imitations that were so real that it wasn't even funny anymore, to normal humans put through strenious scenarios that they resort to masochristism, but the series never really ended, sure, the movie and alternate T.V show endings summed it all up, I got what the ending meant for the T.V show, with all the people cheering at Shinji in the end, cause he chose to live the fake existance in L.C.L as a collective with all the souls of earth in fake happiness, (Matrix and 1984esqe don't you think?) But how come in the movie, Shinji tried to strangle Asuka, then stopped, and she said How Disgusting, what does it mean, and are they the neo adam and eve, or do all the souls that L.C.L collected go back to their physical states? And please, I'm not looking for half assed answers, but a rather through explanation!
