there are 18 movies (db + dbz). then there are specials like trunks special (original trunks in his future), bardock special, and the gt special. there is also a fake movie (yep - its fake) about this machine which recreates the ghosts of dead warriors. but for a fake movie its still pretty decent

What are you talking about, that was not a fake movie, you are either getting it confused with the 12th DBZ movie with Jan-memba and Goku's first apperance as ssj3 or the 14th aniversary movie. Neither of them where fake.

There where 13 dbz movies + 2 specials + 1 ainversary movie.

That's not a fake movie; you mean "Plan to Destroy the Saiyajins"; that was a dbz oav that was originally created to go along with this one videogame. It's pretty good. The copy I have even has a few intervals where they show the videogame Goku, Gohan, & Piccolo moving from place to place. It's not a movie released in theaters, but it's long enough to be considered one (about an hour long)
