We are in the process of defining SLA for our entreprise applications, the question without answer at the moment is how would we define a threshold for the application performance (response time). we are measuring one transaction response time as a good performance indicator but we don't know what would make sense as a good threshold between "good performance" and "bad performance"? any ideas , examples , references?
