The first ending (not the one on cartoon network) is called Tactics by The Yellow Monkey. Heart of Sword is by TM Revolution, the same guy who did Invoke from Gundam Seed, incase anyone was wondering

if you go to animelyrics.com, and look up Rurouni Kenshin, they have the lyrics to all the songs and tell you what they're from (ending song, opening song,etc...). not all have midis, but the lyrics and names are there!...i hope this helps a little.......
