i don't know anything about chobits 27 but you can download chibits at www.animejunkies.com. you have to have bit torrent. the chibits episode is only around 6 minutes long. it's about the little persocoms, like plum and kotoko. that's where the name comes from. (chibi + chobits = chibits) ^_^

there is a 27th episode of chobits
for the most part, its just a recap episode, but there is some new content about what goes on shortly after the series ended at Epi. 26

Chobits 27 is, i think, an OVA... but the one i got off Kazaa lite ended up being a bad copy.

Also if you do look on the Anime Junkies Project Link, you will see that they are currently working on Chibits Episode One, who knows if this is fro ma series or an ova. I am still lookign int othis myself. I wish I could ask my friend from Tokyo, but hes being a bit prissy. Anyway Hope that helped.
