I would have to say when Yusuke and Jin fought. When Yusuke did that spirit attack in Jin's face, Jin said "You don't make bombs blow in face" or something similar to that. That quote made me laugh when I first saw it.

I have probably 100 favorite quotes all together, but id say that when hiei says: Detective, don't waste your time to try and change there minds, fight by their meaningless rules and be pulled down with them. Theres only one real law of the dark tournament, the strongest man prevails! Ive retrieved enough energy to rip my way out, lets show this entire stadium a new definition for victory!
