I have downloaded the BITTORENT file of Inuyasha Movie 2. When I go to play it, it tries to play on winamp but it doesnt work. When I try on DivX, it doesnt work and says that its not a correct AVI or MPEG=4 file. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW use WMPv.9 or power dvd or anything besides DivX player! get the correct codecs from almost anywhere (try here: www.mpegx.com) get the correct audio codecs for MP4 restart your computer and play the file. If that dosen't work try adding ".avi" to the end of the file name. Or instead of double clicking the icon, open the player and go to open file (then find the file you want to watch) if that dosen't work try fixing the avi (can find programs here: www.dvdrhelp.com) if that dosent work buy the DVD -,- K, Bye

are you sure that the file is completely downloaded ? check it again by downloading from the same link. usually it gives you that kind of error if the file is not yet completed. if it is completed already, it could be that the file got corrupted, but this is a very rare case. other than that, you could probably fixed the file using DivFix. its a freeware.

Um. Well, when I was downloading this, It took about ten or something hours, so i went to my friend's house while downloading and when i came back the download said "a pice failed hash check, re- downloading it" I'm not sure what this is though...

why dont you try downloading again. bit torrent will try to check existing file, it will download whatever crap that is still missing.

the DivX player is shit and winamp is a mp3 player. Were you using bit torrent? becouse BT automatically redownloads the missing hash no prob. and when it's done it will say "download succeded" ( icant spell it's 12:00am here) if you don't know the codec you can get "virtual dub" and it will tell you the info under file>file information and if it corrupt cool kid is right DivfiX is the correct tool for avi files also i have a guide somewhere if it is corrupt i can e-mail it to you but get a different player first it most likely is't corrupt

Rename it to .avi, and it should convert itself from an unknown file to an AVI, if that's what your problem is.

first of all, r u sure the bt has finished downloading??? did it say Download Succeeded?? ignore any error msg, the program will continue running
