Has anyone out there heard of a 'Normal Loss Calculation' form.

I have found an old letter from 4 years ago and a copy of a 'Normal Loss Calculation' form is attached, with a completely different Shortfall amount and a 'Claim' figure on it. Could this be the amount the Abbey Claimed against the MIG or is it a form I should not know of?

Any Ideas????
