I had the volume low when I was watching it, but it started in........some place. And Wolfwood met some guy. And they talked about how Wolfwood was sent by Knives to find Vash and bring him to him, and..........err.......that was........kinda..........surprising. Yeah. But anyway, Milly was in........some place......something about "Mr. Priest" told her to stay there, so she didn't move from that spot >.<.......and then the other dude Vash went after that shot something at a town commited suicide, and Wolfwod was bleeding.....somehow......then he told Vash where Knives was and went to........some other place.......and died.....I think. And then it showed everyone else crying. Oh, and he said something about a place where there was no fighting, stealing, or violence.........he called it Eden, I think, and said something about why he had to die that way, then it showed the crying thing :P

The show started out with Vash and everyone in some town because they got a tip that Knives was there. Whenn they got to the town, on the pedestal in the middle of the town, written in blood, was the word "KNIVES". Vash got really mad and shot the pedestal. Later on that day, while Vash, Millie, and Meryl were inside their hotel, Wolfwood went outside to go rendez-vous with someone. As it turns out, from the very beginning of the series, he was on a mission to bring Vash to Knives, dead or alive. At that point he could be considered one of the Gun-Ho Guns. The man he was meeting with was his master ever since he was a kid. See, when Wolfwood was a child, he never knew his real parents, and all he had was an extremely abusive "guardian". So one day, at the age of seven, he picked up his first gun and shot his so-called guardian. After that, he had nowhere to go, so that's when his master adopted him. His master trained him ever since that day. Anyway, back to the present day, he told his master that he would carry out his mission and kill Vash the Stampede. The next morning, Vash was walking outside when Wolfwood walked up on him. Wolfwood was infuriated by the fact that Vash always had the "People didn't have to die" attitude, so he aimed his mobile turret at Vash, but he couldn't kill him. While all this was happening, Wolfwood's former master was watching, and when he saw that he didn't kill him, he signaled to a remote sniper which he recruited to start firing at them. Wolfwood told Vash to go after the sniper, while he would go after the other guy. Vash caught up with the sniper and destroyed his gun, but instead of fighting or running away, the sniper pulled out a Semi-Garrett Revolver and shot himself in the head before Vash could do anything. Meanwhile, Wolfwood caught up with the other guy and they began to fire volley after volley at each other until Wolfwood finally got the better of him and shot him in the shoulder. But instead of killing him, he decided to spare his life, going against everything he's been taught as a child. As Wolfwood was walking away, his former master mustered up enough strength to lift his machine gun and shot Wolfwood in the back. When Wolfwood met up with Vash, Vash was almost inconsolable over the fact that he keeps failing to save people's lives. Wolfwood neglected to tell him about his injuries. Later on the night, Wolfwood visited the local church (there was no one there, mind you, the town was deserted) to make a confession. He said that he wished he had listened to Vash's way of life earlier, so that he could continue to go with everyone else. He dreamt of a paradise where there was no lies, stealing, or killing, and how he could never live in such a place. Wolfwood begged God not to let him die like this, never having lived his life according to the virtues that Vash had taught him. Later on, Meryl and Millie were crying, because Vash found Wolfwood in the church, dead.

Ok here I go.

The first scene starts with a flashback of Wolfwood's childhood. He killed his abusive guardian at a very young age and then he's in a room with two people. One of them is tall, is kind of dressed like Wolfwood, and has freaky eyes with a green apple in his hand. Wolfwood tries to take the apple from his hand, but he is unable to do so. Ever since that day he's come into constant trouble trying to helping children, so they can have a happier childhood than him, and has been "forced" to shoot people to help the children.

The next scene shows Vash in the city of Tonim, standing before the town's large stone monument, which has the name Knives written in blood. Vash shoots a hole in the monument close to the "i" in Knives.

Wolfwood is sitting in some part of town. He someone approach, it's the figure seen earlier in his flashback. The tall man confronts Wolfwood. Wolfwood then tries to take the green apple from Chapel but he is unable to do so. It seems that after all these years he still hasn't been ablre to get the apple. Here we learn some interesting things. This whole time Wolfwood has been working for Knives. The tall man, named Chapel, then tells Wolfwood he is a member of the Gung-Ho Guns and orders him to kill Vash. Chapel tells him if he kills Vash, then all the orphans Wolfwood takes care of will be safe, in the chapel of the Gun-Ho Guns.

The next scene shows another Gung-Ho Guns member outside of town. He is Caine the Longshot. He puts his sniper gun on the ground, which is the longest fucking gun ever, and aims it toward Tonim, and then he becomes invisible.

Wolfwood then walks by Vash. He kind of hesitates but then passes by without a word. Then Wolfwood goes inside a room. Inside the room, there is an ashtray full of cigarettes and he is still smoking one. Milly then enters the room to bring some food to the supposidly starving Wolfwood. Milly is taking out Wolfwood's food out of a paper bag and is just minding her own business when Wolfwood begins to yell at Milly for not judjing him about the incident when he killed the Gung-Ho Gun child, then Wolfwood breaks into tears. Milly is about to leave the room when Wolfwood asks Milly if she would please stay and eat with him.

The next day, Vash starts leaving the city and Wolfwood, who is leaning on a wall, tells him if he's leaving without saying goodbye. Wolfwood starts to walk away when Vahs told him there could have been another way that didn't involve killing. Then Wolfwood takes out his giant cross weapon and points it towards Vash. Vash doesn't move but and Wolfwood fires a shot at Vash, but it didn't hit. Then Vash says that if Wolfwood was really going to kill him that after he dies, he wants Wolfwood to promise never to shoot anyone ever again. Wolfwood decides to lower his weapon.

Just then, a shot just barely misses Vash. Wolfwood and Vash lunge inside a room and Wolfwood tells him of the sniper located outside of town. Wolfwood then tells Vash that there is another Gun-Ho Gun member in town and to take care of the sniper while he himself would go after the other Gun-Ho Gun member. Outside of the room, Wolfwood and his old mentor face one another. Then they start to shoot the fuck out of each other. Each "priest" with his cross shaped gun.

Meanwhile, Vash gets in a vehilce drives out of town to find the sniper. Then the camera changes to the sniper's point of view. He fires a bullet and hits Vash's car and it explodes. He then zooms in on the wreck but doesn't see Vash's body, he only sees Vash's red jacket. As this is happening, Caine's is surprised, as his gun gets fucked up into pieces by Vash's gun. Vash stands next to Caine, without jacket, which he looks kind of funny without it. The car was just a diversion so Vash could get closer. Vash compliments Caine for being a great sniper, and the only reason he found him was because of lag time and agle of impact of the bullets. Vash tells Caine to go back home. Instead, Caine pulls out a pistol and puts it to his own head. Vash then freaks out.

Theb we're back to the battle between Wolfwood and Chapel. The battle looks bad for Wolfwood because he just came out of an exploding building and is lying on the ground with his Chapel standing above him. The camera pans out and we hear gun shots. The camera then zooms back and Wolfwood is standing right next to his Chapel and Chapel is on his knees on the ground. Wolfwood points his gun at Chapel and then asks himself if this is the only way out. Instead he decides just to take his green apple. Wolfwood takes a big bite of the green apple and says that it delicious and then walks away. Chapel, in his fury, guathers the strenght to pick up his gun. He aims to shoot Wolfwood in the back. Wolfwood turns around, raises his own gun, and the camera switches away. More gun shots are heard.

The next scene shows a little grave that had Vash dug for Caine. Vash is sitting in the middle of the town, very tormented by the life he couldn't save. Wolfwood approaches him. Vash then tells Wolfwood that he is sad because he failed to save someone. Wolfwood then tells Vash that he is only human and to try better next time. Wolfwood who is bleeding badly, tells him that Knives is in Demitrihi. Vash is confused, because he can't understand how Wolfwood know about Knives. When Vash looks up to ask him how he knows of Knives, he is gone.

The next scene the most touching in the series. Wolfwood wobbles into the town's church with a trail of blood following him. He collapses before the alter and comments that even though he chose to be a preist, he had never himself had confessed his sins. Wolfwood begins to reflect on his life, questioning if there was another way he could have lived, without killing. He is ready to accept his death when he remembers Vash, Milly, and Meryl. He lights a cigarette and smokes for a while, but then stops because he remembers Milly telling him that smoking is bad for the baby. Then he dreams of a place where there is no fighting stealing or violence, a place where he can live with Vash and the insurance girls, then becomes determined to live, but it's too late. Wolfwood then says he didn't want to die this way and his eyes eventually close and he dies.

The last scene shows Milly and Meryl crying loudly in their room with Vash, outside, looking troubled.

That scene in trigun when wolfwood dies was the most dramatic scene in trigun. I bought the whole series in english on dvd a while back and that scene still makes my eye water every time I watch it. ahah damn I'm such a wuss.
