what we call "good quality" files are sth like 170-200mb for each ep. This guy compressed the file into less than 15MB per ep (.wmv format). so the resolution will be poor but watchable i suppose. if u watch full screen, it'll be rather bad, that's why only recommended for those who's using slow connection.
