Walnuts, hickory nuts, butternuts.......right now I am gathering and drying elderberries. They are a wonderful anti-viral and make a nice tea.

I have been picking Elderberries and making Jelly. I plan to harvest Pecans, Walnuts and Persimmons. I also will make Pear Preserves. Our garden has really produced so I am busy canning , making relishes and also freezing a lot of different things. Lauraleah in Missouri
