don't you have System Restore (it should comes with win ME & XP). i think it can bring the comp back to an earlier time but i've never used it before so i'm not too sure.

I haven't watched WR, so I can't say, but losing Prince of Tennis and Fushigi Yuugi is NOT a tragedy. Wherever you got them from, start from there.

Go to start->programs->accessories->system tools->system restore.

Oh, cool trick. I deleted a file by accident last time, and I just had to write it off as a lot. However I think toop is just playing the sympathy card in order to get people to point him towards the stuff he wants. Call me a cynic if you like, but he sounds insincere.

u can get programs that restore deleted files - because hard drives have varios layers in them, and even though u may have got rid of it, it will still remain in one of those layers for a while, so if u find a program that can find it in those layers, u can restore them

System Restore has always helped me when i got a virus before. :D

There is another way! Download Norton Utilities, install it, right-click your recicle bin, and something like UnErase Wizard will appear... follow the instructions and go!

norton utilities i thought only worked if u enabled norton recycle bin so it could catch anything u got rid of?

also, try to see if it's still in the recycle bin. (press and hold Windows button and then press E, at the folders window go to the bottommost part, click on recycle bin). if the file you deleted is too big, chances are it won't go to the recycle bin anymore and just straight up be deleted.good luck....wolf's rain is a truly a loss.
