Canada Catholic Bishops Plenary Council Neutral on Homosexual Unions

hmmm... very interesting...

Based upon my research into annulments, Canada seems to be more liberal in granting declarations of nulity than the US -could there be a relationship?

-just my thoughts...

Who specifically is this Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) -who is seemingly not aligned with Rome? They seem similar in function to the USCCB?

CCCB is analogous to USCCB and dozens of other Catholic bishops' conferences around the world. Are are subject to the Vatican.
